Shipping Information

• Shipping Schedule: Mondays and Tuesday via 2 day and overnight shipping to ensure your fish arrives safely and promptly. 

• The weight-based shipping rate option is an affordable way to add additional items to your order without paying full shipping costs. Each additional item adds $3 to the shipping cost.

• Overnight shipping is best. It ensures healthier fish with less travel stress, which gives them a higher survival rate. 2 day shipping is about a 95% survival rate, making overnight shipping best.

• Depending on the destination, temperature at your location, and type of fish, Heat Packs or Cold Packs are included when shipping your order. When you checkout, please include information that gives us the temperature in your area. This information will be used to choose the best packaging for your order.  

• To avoid delays or extended weekend holds, we ship at the beginning of the week, but timing may depend on your location.

• ALL ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER SO IF ITS GOING TO BE BELOW 35 DEGREES WE WONT SHIP IT UNTILL IT IS

DOA Guarantee (Dead on Arrival)

Bailey's Topicals stands by the quality of our fish and your satisfaction. In the rare case of a DOA:

• DO NOT OPEN BAG THIS VOIDS ANY GUARANTEE 

• Photos Required: Please send a photo of any DOA fish in its sealed bag within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp. 

• Refund Policy: DOA refunds apply only to the fish, not the shipping costs, and are given on 1-2 day shipping only 

• Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Preparation may take 2-3 business days to prepare.
