DOA Guarantee (Dead on Arrival)
Although rare, DOA happens. In the event your shipment is DOA, please follow the instructions below:
In the rare case that your shipment is DOA:
Photos Required: Please send a photo of any DOA fish in its sealed bag within 1 hour of the delivery timestamp. No exceptions on the 1 hour fish cant sit outside for any amount of time before they start to get hot or cold and don't say 4 hrs later you took them in if you cant take them in you can snap a pic of any problems
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. Preparation may take 2-3 business days. We ship to the lower 48 states on Monday.
WE ARE NOT IN CONTROLL OF PACKAGE ONECE IT LEAVES UP ANY PROBLEMS IN TRANSIT WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN UP WITH SHIPPING COMPANY AS THEY DONT QARANTEE LIVE DELIVERYS OR TIME EVEN ON 2`DAY THEY WILL REFUND SHIPPING ON NEXT DAY AND I WILL REFUND FISH ON NEXT DAY OR 2 DAY SHIPIING IS NOT COVERED BY ME AT ALL I USE IT FOR SHIPPING AND I CANT GET IT BACK FROM SHIPPING COMPANY
